All of them are free to use, so please give them a try.

redmine_reply_button (GitHub)

A plugin for having chat-like conversations using issue comments. With this plugin, you can easily switch the assignee to the previous assignee when adding a comment.

redmine_teams_button (GitHub)

A plugin for quickly launching Teams from the Redmine screen. This plugin places a Teams button next to usernames in Redmine, and clicking it opens a Teams chat window with that user as the recipient.

redmine_date_independent (GitHub)

A plugin for configuring the “parent task attribute calculation method” per project or status. By default, this can only be set as a global setting, but this plugin allows different settings for each project or status, enabling flexible issue management.

redmine_auto_close (GitHub)

A plugin for automatically closing parent issues based on the status of child issues. This allows automatic closure of parent issues when all child issues are completed. Target issues can be configured in detail using projects, trackers, and other criteria.

redmine_subtask_list_accordion (GitHub)

A plugin for enabling “expand” and “collapse” functionality in issue trees. With this plugin, you can collapse subtasks for a simpler view even when there are many child issues. You can also configure trackers to auto-collapse, making it easy to improve issue tree readability with a one-time setup.

redmine_git_hook (GitHub)

A plugin for integrating with Git. When commits are added to Git, this plugin can automatically reflect them in the Redmine screen, or automatically register review comments from Git pull requests as issues.
